TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Datatek Pacific(DP) is operating business located in New Zealand. These terms and conditions apply to every customer who buys the goods from Datatek Pacific (DP) and it is governed by New Zealand laws.
  • Prices
    All prices are excluding GST and freight charges. The prices are valid for 14 days from the date of quote. DP have right to adjust any price quoted from time to time.

  • Freight
    The standard freight will be charged to all recipients in Auckland, the freight will vary for delivery out of the Auckland region.
  • Delivery
    We believe in the best service and will try to deliver goods within 48 hours once the order has been confirmed. DP shall deliver the goods by such carrier and form of transport which is considered to be reliable & appropriate. DP doesn’t take any responsibility for any loss whatsoever sustained by the customer as a result of non delivery, part delivery or any delay in the delivery of the goods as a result of events occurring beyond DP control.
  • Shipping
    DP offers shipping throughout the New Zealand. Currently, international shipping is not offered. Shipping will Take 1-3 business days for priority and 5 working days for free shipping.  Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays. Once the order is confirmed, we provide you the estimated sipping shipping time and tracking number. Its important to note that once the order is shipped we do not have any control over any delays in transit caused by any reason. We will try to work with the service provider to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible but this may not be possible always.
  • Risk
    The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer at the time when the goods are delivered by DP as per the above clause. Although the title in the goods does not pass until such times as all payment due to DP are paid in full.
  • Damages or Loss in Transit
    DP doesn’t take any liability for goods damaged or lost in transit; however we will do our best to rectify any situations that may arise if we get informed immediately. We highly recommend our clients to arrange for a signature courier to avoid any losses.
  • Payment
    DP accepts the payment only by cash, cheque or direct credit, the full purchase price shall be paid by the 20th of the month following the date of invoice. Interest may be charged on overdue account at 5% per annum above the current overdraft rate charged by the banks.
  • DP has right to suspend or hold the delivery on non payment or part payment of the dues.
  • Change of Mind Return Policy
    • You can return the item to us within 14 days after you receive the item.
    • You need to pay the postage back to us.
    • Refund will be processed minus $15 administrative fee.

    All items come in a generic box with generic accessories.

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand and Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • Refunds and Return Policy
    DP will not accept the return of goods for credit or any other purpose unless it was agreed to accept as a part of the deal. All the returns shall attach valid R A number. (Return authorization numbers has to be obtained by contacting DP). The full refund will be providing for those products that are unharmed, unopened and in original condition. A restocking fee may apply upon such returns. Under no circumstances freight charges will be credited. DP will bear the return freight when there has been an error on its part.
  • Please note that damaged or opened goods cannot be returned under strict circumstances.
  • Consumer Guarantees Act
    The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to the goods acquired for business purpose but if the goods are acquired for personal or domestic or household use then The Consumer Guarantee Act 1993 shall apply and DP will replace those goods if they fail to comply with guarantee in the Consumer Guarantees act.
  • DP offers standard manufacturer’s warranty accompanying the goods
  • Privacy Act
    DP highly respects your privacy and we promise not to give your personal details to anyone in any case. All the information collected on this document will be kept strictly confidential. The information collected hereby will be use only for the following purposes:
  • To check the credit worthiness of the customer and their business.
    To provide marketing goods and services to the customer by DP.
